Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Once payment has cleared, and subject to availability, the ordered items will be dispatched to the address supplied by the customer during the checkout process. We cannot accept liability for undelivered or misdelivered items due to incorrect customer addresses.
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail. Larger orders may be sent via DHL.
Postage charges are £4.50 for orders sent to UK addresses and £6 for orders sent to overseas addresses.
Once the items have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred by the Royal Mail or DHL.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Exchange or Refunds
We accept returns within 90 days from the date of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 90 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges will made be upon receipt of the returned items. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
Damaged Goods
Should any of our materials prove defective (excluding normal wear and tear) just contact us and then return the faulty product. We will replace the product free of charge and refund the postage.
