Advantages of an Account

When you create a KCM Europe login you create an account that uniquely identifies you and provides a dashboard for you that allows you to track all previous donations, orders and simplifies your checkout experience. If you have previously purchased through the Shop, you may have already created an account if you chose to save your details at checkout and you do not need to register again here, just login with those details.

If you have Privacy concerns and do not want to create an account, you will need to request any account, purchase or donation information from Partner Relations. You can view our full Privacy policy here.

• Owing to GDPR/DPA regulations, you will need to request your Donation history be attached to your website account if you have previously given or purchased through the website without creating an account (sometimes called a 'Guest' or 'Anonymous' checkout).
• Similarly, the availability of downloads and order history online will normally be time-limited. PLEASE DOWNLOAD ALL DIGITAL PURCHASES WITHIN 30-DAYS TO YOUR PC, LAPTOP or PHONE.
• Previous purchases remain available, but you will need to contact Partner Relations outside of the 30-day window.
