“I sowed into the ministry last month for a house and to be able to build a real estate business. I still have not been successful in achieving that, but I received an unexpected pay rise of 3%. To top that up I received £1200 from the employment which I had left; they said they decided to pay the staffs for their hard work in 2019-2021.
