I am so excited about what is happening at EMIC right now, and also what is taking place around the world! We are riding a huge wave of the outpouring of the Spirit of God. Words from The LORD that have been given over the years, are now coming to pass. Truly, the glory is here, and we are seeing the wave growing more and more at our church.
Signs, wonders, miracles, revelation of The WORD and demonstrations of the power of God are becoming the order of the day. The wind of the Spirit is blowing, and people are getting saved, healed, delivered and set free from demonic influence.
One manifestation of the glory is God’s provision.
When we look to our God, who is more than enough, He provides all our needs. Supernatural harvest is attached to every seed sown into God’s kingdom. That harvest belongs to us as His children:
Father, we call in the massive harvest of all the seed that we have ever sown into your Kingdom. We receive 2 Corinthians 9:8 (Amplified Bible, Classic Edition) that says, “And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation].
What is the glory of The LORD?
Look at Exodus 33:18-19: “And he [Moses] said [to God], I beseech thee, show me thy glory. And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of The LORD before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.”
Let’s take a look at the Hebrew word (kabod1) and the Greek word (doxa2) that is translated into the English word glory. It means:
• To be heavy with everything good
• To make weighty, full weight, heavy, laden, thick
• Numerous, rich, abounding, multitude, great number, copiousness, wealth
• Honor, dignity, splendor, majesty, magnificence, power
• Any form in which God manifests His presence
The glory of The LORD describes His position, provision and presence. It is the presence of God, heavy with everything good. That is why The LORD answered Moses by saying, “I will make all my goodness pass before you.”
Various Bible versions and translations describe the goodness of God as being “glory,” “splendor,” “all the light of My being,” “all of Me and My best.” The “goodness of God” must be unending, beyond human comprehension—the very Love of God Himself.
The LORD then tells Moses: “I will proclaim the name of The LORD before you.” His Name represents His glory, His goodness and all He desires to be and do for us. Based on the seven redemptive names of God, we realize what He was telling Moses about His glory:
“I am Jehovah-Shammah—I am with you.”
“I am Jehovah-Shalom—I am your peace.”
“I am Jehovah-Ra-ah—I am your shepherd.”
“I am Jehovah-Jireh—I will provide.”
“I am Jehovah-Nissi—I am your victory.”
“I am Jehovah-Tsidkenu—I am your righteousness.”
“I am Jehovah-Rapha—I am your healer.”
All this is available in the presence of the glory of The LORD. His presence is heaven with His peace, guidance, provision and victory, His acceptance of us and His healing power to deliver. He is gracious and merciful to us. In the presence of The LORD, in His glory, all this is available to us.
Believe with me for all of us to experience the glory together—in our services, our homes, on the job—everywhere we go.
Together, we are believing for the manifestation of the glory of The LORD. As John 11:40 (New King James Version) instructs us: “Did I not say to you that if you would believe you would see the glory of God?”
Let’s pray over the glory in our lives and in our church.
“Father, we believe we receive this mighty outpouring of Your Spirit. You are pouring out of Your Spirit upon ALL flesh in this day and hour. THE GLORY is in our homes. THE GLORY is in our jobs. THE GLORY is upon our families. THE GLORY is upon our church. Thank You for allowing us to experience Your presence that is heavy and thick with everything that is good.
PRAISE GOD! THE GLORY IS HERE!”
Thanking God with you for His glory!
