The Names of Jesus

Jesus The Name Above All Names

As you meditate on the names of Jesus ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you a deeper revelation of WHO Jesus IS…

From the beginning of time, God began to speak the plans of Jesus’ purpose here on the earth through His prophets.

For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)

The above verse spoken through the prophet Isaiah is a beautiful and powerful proclamation of the many names of Jesus.  WONDERFUL COUNSELOR.  MIGHTY GOD.  ETERNAL FATHER.  PRINCE OF PEACE.

Jesus was God’s ultimate gift of love.

Some other names of Jesus (and there are many) are found in the following verses.

(Revelations 19:16)
