On Tuesday, 26th April 2022 we held our first ever virtual KCM Europe Evangelism Workshop, with three dynamic speakers – Riley Stephenson, Andrew Cannon and Amanda Conway. It was such an empowering time with our KCM partners being encouraged, taught, and imparted to with the spiritual tools, word and power of God.

180 delegates logged on, and many had others joining with them in their homes and offices, so the number of people viewing was even greater. Praise God.

	Andrew Cannon opened with the first session with Engaging the Church in Effective Evangelism. Know the message that set you free and tell people what Jesus did for you. Develop an Elevator Alter call. Imagine getting into the elevator at ground level and leading the person to Jesus before they get out at the 3rd Floor. The three M’s: Message – Messenger – Method This is the message: The truth shall set you free. This message must be proclaimed because it sets the captives free. Speak the message and God will confirm it. Know the Truth, and trust the Truth to do its work. We have to become the messenger of Reconciliation.  The method always starts with you sharing your faith. Faith comes by hearing… Faith without works is dead, so go… move and speak and speak and move.
	Amanda Conway took Session two and shared on Effective Witnessing in Everyday Life The Holy Spirit will give you the tools you need and you can use other people’s tools as well. Being a witness is telling people what you see. Go and carry Jesus wherever you go.  Faith begins when the will of God is known and the will of God is for people to know the Father. Faith deals with the unseen. God said to Amanda “Only the dead can be raised” and soon after that she had the opportunity of raising someone from the dead. ‘In the name of Jesus, rise up; the spirit of death leave this body in the name of Jesus’. The person came to life and this introduced them to Jesus. Amanda shared this personal testimony in her message.
	Riley Stephenson concluded our time together by ministering on Effective Street Evangelism. One of the main reasons why Christian don’t witness is fear but there is no reason to be afraid because His faithful love endures forever (Psalm 118 NLT). God did not give you the spirit of fear…. Proverbs 29:25 –  The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe. People don’t reject you; they reject the message and the Word. Since The Lord is for you, what can they do to you? Don’t think like this: If I’m afraid of what people are thinking, I am not going to say anything. Did you know that someone usually hears the Word 7.6 times before they give their life to Jesus? Keep going. Confession: For the Word of God is the power of God and is alive and powerful. The Word of God is the Power of God; it is alive and powerful, sharper than the sharpest sword. The Word of God is the incorruptible seed, and it will not return void. The Word of God does the work, so share Jesus without fear.
